Some examples of injuries include, but are not limited to: sprains, strains, joint replacements, repetitive stress injuries such as tendonitis, back injuries, and recent surgery.
Our Work Hardening program is tailored to each person’s needs. Programs usually last 2-4 hours/day, 3-5 days/week. We develop individualized programs utilizing task analysis of your specific job description and overall fitness level. Our program includes work simulation, strengthening, conditioning, education, stretching program, and personal ergonomic recommendations. You are the primary contributor to this program and are in control of your recovery. By participating in the program, you ease the transition from injured worker to productive worker.
