
Butler Health System (BHS) media relations staff are available to assist journalists by providing information, arranging interviews and accommodating other requests. To facilitate this process, while protecting patient confidentiality and minimizing disruption to patient care, following are guidelines for journalists.
To arrange interviews with Butler Health System staff and clinicians, please call in advance of a visit to our campus to be connected to a media relations staff member. All reporters and photographers must be accompanied by a media relations staff member while on any BHS campus.

BHS media relations staff will make every effort to fill media requests for information or interviews and to notify departments prior to arrival of media representatives. Media representatives who do not make appropriate arrangements prior to arrival will not be granted the right to film or interview within BHS facilities. In addition, BHS media relations staff reserve the right to decline participation in any story and/or refer the media to another appropriate source in the community.
