A telehealth visit occurs between the patient and the provider using both audio and video capabilities. During the visit, you can discuss your symptoms and receive the specialty or primary care you need.
All telehealth visits take place via the My BHS Patient Portal. If you are not signed up for My BHS Portal, click here. Don’t delay care, signing up is quick and easy.
BHS offers Urgent Care on demand and scheduled telehealth video visits from the comfort of your home or office. You will need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and speakers. Try to be in a quiet room with good lighting.
You can access your telehealth video visit through My BHS Health portal. If using a smartphone and you already have a portal account you can, download the Meditech MHealth app and select “Butler Health System” in the provider list to log in.
If your provider recommends a Telehealth visit at a BHS facility, special equipment using high quality video and digital stethoscopes to hear heart and lung sounds will be used and a staff member will be with you throughout your visit.
