Hillary Harlan Hillary joined Butler Health System in 2020, serving as
the Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President of Professional Services.
Prior to coming to the health system, she served as a Managing Director
for GlassRatner, a multi-specialty financial advisory firm. Harlan has
expertise in the areas of corporate compliance and regulatory issues,
fraud investigation, litigation support, and risk assessment, among others.
She has previous executive experience at Change Healthcare and McKesson,
Inc. She also has experience as a cardiac intensive care RN.
Harlan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Southern Methodist
University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Texas Tech University
Health Sciences Center, and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University
School of Law.
Originally from Texas, Harlan has lived in Pittsburgh for 13 years, where
she serves on the Robert Morris University HSA Advisory Board. She enjoys
spending time with her children, a son and daughter who live and work
in Pittsburgh, and a son who attends college in Florida.
