Kept Updated During Father's Surgery

Sandy at the Tower was very helpful when I was on the 5th floor waiting for my father and mother whose were on the third floor for my dad's surgery. Sandy checked in on me in person during the wait, and when the wait was longer than expected, she called my cell phone to say I could see my dad before he went in for surgery. That was great. The surgery went well and mom and I were able to see dad a little after six and talk to the surgeon. Thank you.
