Grateful for Compassionate Liaison Services

My father was recently admitted to BMH. While there Sandy, a patient liaison, proactively kept my mother and me informed of his status - when he was being tested, when his tests were done. We really appreciated receiving such updates, and in such a kind and compassionate way. Liaison Services is a great idea. Many thanks, Sandy and BMH!
