The Butler Memorial Hospital Outpatient COVID-19 Testing Site Location:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 12pm. 304 Delwood Road, Butler, PA 16001. Closed Holidays/Weekends.
Please be aware that all COVID-19 tests require a physicians order. To obtain an order, please reach out to your Primary Care Physician. Don’t have a Primary Care Provider? Call the BHS Care Center at 833-602-CARE (2273) and they will be happy to assist you!
