Butler Health System hires Chief Operating Officer

Butler Health System has hired a Chief Operating Officer. Jason Sciarro joined BHS on Monday, August 27.

Mr. Sciarro comes to Butler Health System with a wealth of experience, most recently serving as President & COO of Centegra Health System in the northern Chicago/southern Wisconsin market. His previous work experience also includes administrative roles, including the COO position at University Hospital/SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.

Mr. Sciarro holds a BS in Business from Geneva College, and an MBA from LeMoyne College in Syracuse. In addition to having responsibility for a number of clinical and support areas at BHS, Mr. Sciarro will have a strong focus on business development and the ongoing growth and performance of the BHS physician network.

Jason Sciarro and his wife Amy are western PA natives, and they are excited to be returning home.
