Butler Health System Cardiovascular Consultants is pleased to announce the following additions to their practice.

Richard Begg, MD, FACC has joined BHS Cardiology as the Medical Director of Cardiology. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont, VT and his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA and his Cardiology Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Begg is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease , Interventional Cardiology, Vascular/Endovascular Medicine, and Internal Medicine, He will be seeing patients at 127 Crossroads Campus, Butler, PA and at 647 North Broad Street Extension, Suite 202, Grove City, PA 16127. J. Jeffrey. Rich, MD, FACC earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College, Washington, PA and his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons, Dublin, Ireland. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA and Fellowship at Pittsburgh Heart Institute, Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Rich is Board Certified in Internal Medicine ,Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology and will be seeing patients at 127 Crossroads Campus, Butler, PA and at 300 Northpointe Circle, Suite 104, Seven Fields PA 16046. Angel R. Flores, MD, FACC earned his medical degree from Pedro Henriquez Urena National University, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Metropolitan Hospital Center, New York, NY and Fellowship in Cardiology at the VA Medical Center, West Roxbury, MA. Dr. Flores is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiography. He will be seeing patients at 127 Crossroads Campus, Butler, PA. Also joining BHS Cardiovascular Services is Stephen Brown. Mr. Brown will be joining the team as Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services and will be directly involved in all Cardiovascular service lines; cardiology, surgery, vascular interventions, electrophysiology. A graduate of Waynesburg University, Stephen is a proven healthcare executive with over 30 plus years’ experience in Western PA/Ohio.
