Palliative Care Specialist Joins BHS Medical Staff

Dillon Stein, DO has recently joined the Butler medical staff.

Palliative Care is specialized care that focuses on improving the quality life and providing comfort and compassion to people of all ages with serious, chronic and life-threatening illnesses.

Dr. Stein earned his undergraduate degree from Alfred University and his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at Western Pennsylvania Allegheny Health System in Pittsburgh, PA and completed a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Dr. Stein is also a certified Osteopathic physician and has passed the American Board of Internal Medicine exam.

Dr. Stein will be seeing patients on a referral basis with Butler Health System’s Palliative Care program.
