Your Visit

Same day appointments available.

Welcome to our practice. We are honored that you have chosen our facility for your healthcare needs. Our goal is to provide the highest quality care for all our patients in a timely manner.

You will need to bring your insurance card and photo ID with you to your appointment. All co-pays and past due balances are expected at time of service, unless a prior agreement has been made with our billing department.

Accepted Insurance Plans

Family Healthcare of Clarion accepts most major health plans including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UPMC and more. However, since insurances are always changing and renaming, we encourage you to verify participation of our providers by contacting your insurance company.

General Information

Please review our policies prior to your visit. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to allow our staff time to review office policies and collect copays, etc. We ask that you allow plenty of time to get to the office for your appointment. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 20 minutes late.

We strive to stay on schedule but from time to time, a patient emergency arises and we may be running late for your visit. You will have the option to reschedule or stay to be seen and we will keep you informed of how long of a delay you may experience.

We understand that appointments sometimes need to be changed, so we ask that you call in advance if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. By doing this, it allows us to use that appointment slot for others who may need to be seen. Unfortunately, after 3 no shows we will have to terminate our services with you as we feel your compliance to the medical care and treatment we have instituted is crucial to your health and well being.
