This is a one night class for any mom who is considering breastfeeding. A lot of information is covered in this class, including: benefits to breastfeeding, proper technique, ways to support the breastfeeding mom, tips and tricks to make breastfeeding successful, options for pumping and supplementing if returning to work, common concerns with breastfeeding , and potential problems. A Zoom link will be sent out the day of class to all registered participants.
