Screenings save lives! Now through November, 15, 2023 get a FREE lung cancer screening if you qualify. 

Individuals may qualify for a lung cancer screening if: 

  • Between the ages of 50-77
  • A 20 pack-year history of smoking (1 pack/day for 20 years, or 2 packs/day for 10 years)
  • A current smoker, or have quit smoking within the past 15 years

Get started today by scheduling an appointment. To schedule, call 833-684-1889. An appointment is required and a low dose CT scan will be scheduled upon completion of this office appointment for qualifying participants. 

All participants will be entered for a chance to win a door prize.
