
Steven Davis is an accomplished health care executive with extensive experience in hospital and health care operations, strategic planning and new business development, Steven earned his Bachelor of Science, Health Policy and Administration and went on to receive his Master of Business Administration from Penn State University. He is Board Certified in Health care Administration by the American College of Health care Executives. Before coming to Clarion, Steven most recently served as the CEO at Lock Haven Hospital. He brings 21 years of combined experience in healthcare leadership to our community. A native Pennsylvanian, Steven is originally from Danville, PA. In his spare time, Steven enjoys golf, mountain biking and spending time with family.
Anie Perard, M.D., joined Health Services of Clarion in 2005. Dr. Perard
began her medical training in 1995 attending Pennsylvania State University,
College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Her internship at Mount
Sinai School of Medicine in 2001 to 2002 led to her Residency at Mount
Sinai School of Medicine which she completed in 2005.
Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she is also a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In her tenure with this health system so far, Dr. Perard has acted as Dept. Chair of Ob/Gyn and Dept. Chair of Surgery. She currently serves as President of the Medical Staff of Clarion Hospital and Director of Medical Affairs at BHS Clarion and President of the Hospital’s Network Operations Council. Through all of this, her passion has always been women’s health. It is important to her to be a part of making women feel empowered, acknowledged, respected and healthy. For Dr. Perard, it is important to help take care of the community that helps support her. “Taking care of friends, family and neighbors is rewarding in countless ways. Clarion welcomed me with open arms 17 years ago and I count myself lucky to still be a part of this amazing community.”
Leslie Walters joined Clarion Hospital in 1991 and has over 20 years of
experience in nursing leadership. Leslie has worked as a registered nurse
in various nursing departments in the hospital. She has served in her
current role as the Chief Nursing Officer since 2009. In 2011, she received
her Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Health Nurse Practitioner
from Clarion and Edinboro Universities and has been a part of the Healthy
Beginnings/ BHS Pediatrics team since 2012. In 2018, she received her
Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a concentration in Health Systems
Leadership from Chamberlain University. She enjoys spending time with
family and friends and being part of the Clarion Community.
