 Sleep Center


The BHS Sleep Center is devoted to restoring normal, healthy sleep patterns for individuals suffering from sleep disorders. 

10% to 30% of adults have a hard time getting the six to eight hours of sleep required each night to restore the body’s natural energy. The BHS Sleep Center’s multidisciplinary team exists to help those suffering from the wide range of sleep disorder symptoms, including:

  • Sleep Apnea
  • Insomnia
  • Inability to fall asleep
  • Loud snoring
  • Frequent waking up in the middle of the night
  • Excessive daytime sleeping
  • Partial arousal from sleep
  • Morning headaches
  • Daytime irritability
  • Poor concentration or memory
