Foreign Language Interpreters

  • Please let us know if you have specific needs concerning language, hearing or vision. It is the intent of Butler Health System to ensure meaningful communication with patients who have limited English proficiency and their family about their medical conditions and treatment. All interpreters, translators and other aides needed to comply with this policy are provided without cost to the person being served. Patients and their families will be informed of the availability of such assistance. For more information about this policy ask your care provider.

For non-English language interpreting, Butler Health System uses the Dual Receiver Analog Telephone. This convenient dual handset makes interpreting of non-English languages very easy and simple.

Pidale al proveedor de su cuidado que solicite un interprete si usted es sordo, tiene discapacidad auditiva o si el Ingles no es su primer idioma.
