All of us at Butler Health System want you to be comfortable and confident
in the care you receive. The Patient Advocate acts as a liaison to address
the concerns of our patients and family members to ensure their experience
is a positive one. In addition our staff can assist families with information
or suggest local accommodations if the need should arise.
If you have a concern about your (or your loved ones) experience please
discuss it with the Unit Director or Clinical Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
If your concern remains unresolved, feel free to contact the Patient Advocate
at 724-284-4342. Contacting the Patient Advocate will not negatively affect
