My BHS Portal
What is My BHS Health?
My BHS Health is a patient portal that lets you directly access your health information online, whenever you need to. With My BHS Health, you can:
- See an Urgent Care provider
- Request prescription refills
- Request appointments
- View test results
- Clinical notes
- Send a secure message to your provider
- Find a current list of medications and allergies
- Update personal information

Do I need to create a new portal account if I already have one?
If you have a My BMH hospital portal, your portal remains with the same log in and password information. Click Here to log in.
If you have a provider office portal, you will need to sign up for My BHS Health. You will still be able to see a history of your office visits, but your current physician office portal will no longer be active. You will be required to activate a new My BHS portal to access your health information.
How do I create a My BHS Health account?
- Go to www.MyBHSHealth.org.
- Click on the "Sign Up" link.
- Complete the required fields.
- An email link will be sent to you within 2 business days to complete your portal sign up.
- Once you've signed up for My BHS Health and activated your account, download the mobile app.
Can I use My BHS Health for an urgent medical question?
No, if you have a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1. My BHS Health is NOT to be used for urgent health issues.
