The Caring Angel Program: $1 Million and Counting
The Caring Angel Program started in 1992 as a holiday fund-raising event
that supported children's services provided by Butler Memorial Hospital.
The event, which began as a small project has blossomed into a community-supported
effort that raises nearly $100,000 each year to help provide emergency
room care to children whose parents or guardians do not have insurance
or the resources to pay.
The program also helps families and children in need through educational,
therapeutic and support services at
BHS Family Services.
Thank you to everyone for another successful year for the Caring Angel
Program. Over $140,000 was raised to support children, youth & families
in Butler County.
