Samer Azouz, M.D., F.A.C.C. - Cardiology

Dr. Samer Azouz is now practicing in Butler, Grove City, and Venango/Clarion County as a member of BHS Cardiovascular Consultants. Dr. Azouz is board certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease and endovascular medicine. He did his internship at SUNY Stony Brook, NY, his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, an interventional cardiology fellowship at the University of Missouri and a cardiovascular fellowship at the University of Chicago, Lutheran General Hospital, where he was Chief Fellow.
