Families are the building blocks of our community. That’s why we provide services designed to build on your family’s strengths and foster positive experiences, leading to more rewarding lives.
The BHS Family Services Center provides counseling, support services and educational programs. Some of these include:
- Adult Education
- Parenting & Nurturing
- Family Therapy
- Play Therapy
- After School Alternative Program
- Expectant Parents Program
- Parent Support Group
- And many more
The BHS Family Services Center is located on North Washington Street in Butler.
Many services are free. For the others, we accept most insurances and out-of-pocket payment.
Other Programs Affiliated with the BHS Family Services Center:
Family Services Corps: An AmeriCorps program sponsored by BHS that recruits individuals to help local human service agencies provide support for families.
Butler Regional Recovery Program: An intensive outpatient program providing individual and group therapy for those recovering from substance abuse.
Office of Vocational Rehabilitation: A comprehensive program designed to assist disabled individuals returning to work.
Resource Coordination Program: A case-management program for children and adult mental health consumers to assist with accessing, coordinating and monitoring of services.
