Your Donation

You may choose how your gift to the Butler Health System Foundation is used.

General Gift

A general gift to the Foundation, with no specific request, will be placed in the unrestricted fund to be available for all areas of financial need.

Specific Program or Service

You may also choose to have your donation used for a specific program or service. Specific programs include Women's Health Services, the Caring Angel Program or the Heart Center .

Tree of Life
By designating a gift for women's health services in recognition of a loved one, you can have your family name inscribed on a leaf or a stone on the Tree of Life sculpture. Located on the first floor of Butler Memorial Hospital near the Women's Imaging Center , this lovely work of art bears the names specified by donors who have contributed to the Tree in amounts ranging from $500 to $10,000. The Tree of Life itself has been made possible through a generous gift made by the Butler Radiological Association Physicians.

Butler Health System Endowment

The Butler Health System Foundation Endowment is another option. Your gift lives on forever. Only the interest from this investment fund is used for specific programs and services.

As the healthcare needs of our community continue to expand, the challenge to help Butler Memorial Hospital fill these needs will continue to grow. Your support will help us meet this challenge.
