T.T. Channapati, MD

Dr. T.T. Channapati has spent more than 30 years living and practicing medicine in Butler County. As a member of the board of trustees, Dr. Channapati strives to do what’s best for both the community and the hospital. Since he’s been associated with Butler Memorial Hospital, he’s witnessed many improvements in quality and technology. “When I first started there was one cardiologist and two orthopedic surgeons,” Dr. Channapati said. “Now we have nearly 15 cardiologists, almost a dozen orthopedic surgeons, infection specialists, and many others. People no longer have to leave Butler County to see many specialists. Also, there have been vast improvements in technology and information. We are able to view X-rays from home and in our offices now, allowing us to provide a higher level of care.”

Of Special Interest: Originally from India, 2007 will be Dr. Channapati’s 31st year in Butler County. He and his wife have a son and a daughter.
